A small studio. We audit your current site, build a draft, and send it before you pay a cent. No demos. No proposals. No sales calls.
Reply to the draft we sent → Or, if you found us on your own: hi@pageyards.comCold email is full of strangers. If you're going to give one your business, you should know who they are.
Onnik
Founder, Pageyards
I'm Onnik. I've spent the last seven years building websites for small businesses. First inside agency teams doing UX work for healthcare and service-industry clients, then on my own since 2023. Pageyards is what I wish those agencies had been: no discovery call before they show you anything, no $8,000 invoice for a site that took two weeks to build.
I started Pageyards because the local-SMB web market is broken in the same way everywhere I look. A salon down the block paid $5,800 for a Squarespace template uploaded over a weekend. The HVAC outfit my landlord uses has a 2014 WordPress site nobody on the team can update. The dental practice across town spent eleven months on a $14,000 rebuild that still hasn't shipped. The pitch I think actually solves this is simple: I build the site first, send it to you on a working URL, and you decide if it's worth paying for.
What I care about: the phone above the fold because that's how locals actually call you. Mobile-first, because most of your traffic isn't on a desktop anyway. And copy that sounds like you, not like a chatbot's translation. If that's the kind of person you want building your site, reply to the email I sent, or write me at the address below.
Most agencies need a meeting before they'll show you anything. We send the work first.
A real consultant-tone read of your current site. Three specific problems. Three concrete fixes. Two hundred and twenty words.
We rebuild your site as we think it should be, keeping your tone, your photos, your brand. Mobile-first, fast, honest.
You see the draft before you pay. If it's right, we ship it under your domain. If not, you owe us nothing.
Three tiers based on the kind of business, not how much we think you'll pay. No discovery-call gating.

Two builds, written up properly. The problem, the build, and the measurable outcome.
Those make you do the work: pick a template, write copy, fight with layout. We deliver a finished site we built for your specific business. You see it before you pay.
Hosting, ongoing edits when you want to change something, SSL, performance monitoring, and quick fixes when a service shifts. If you'd rather pay once and host it yourself, ask; we can build the site without the recurring tier.
The "Recent work" section above links to six live builds: two production sites we shipped end to end (a health app launch site and a counseling practice) and four drafts we sent business owners. Real work, not stylized case studies.
Then we're not the right fit. We only build new sites; we don't take over existing ones. If you're on Squarespace and it's working, keep it.
Reply with the changes. Two rounds of revision included in setup. After that, ongoing edits are part of the monthly tier.
One person. This is a solo studio. There's no account manager to escalate to. You'll be talking to the same person who reviewed your site and built the draft.
A real business has more than one way to reach it. Here's all of them.
